GRAVETTE PUBLIC SCHOOLS

SCHOOLS OF CHOICE*
*Under the Arkansas Public School Choice Act of 2013, as amended, the Gravette School District will accept written application from students who reside outside the district to attend any of the Gravette Schools. Application forms are available on-line at gravetteschools.net/parent forms and the Administration Office located at 609 Birmingham St. SE, Gravette, AR 72736. The deadline for all School Choice Applications is June 1, 2013.

Medications At School
Prescription medications that are given at school must be in the original container with the pharmacy label showing the student's name. A medication form must be signed by a parent or guardian. It is not acceptable to send medication to school in a plastic bag. Please call the school nurse if your child requires medication to be given at school. You can contact Nurse Alicia Bayley in the morning at 787-4142 and in the afternoon at 787-4162.
